Corporate welfare IS a (life)style of business.

Starting from this point, we have founded our CRAL (“Circoli Ricreativi Aziendali dei Lavoratori” – known worldwide as “Employees’ Recreational Club”), thanks to which a series of initiatives dedicated to employees are promoted, from skiing holidays to bicycle rides, cultural events, voluntary work and soccer tournaments. All this aims at promoting integration and team building between people, who not only “work” in the company, but to all intents and purposes “are the company”.

We firmly believe that good relations between colleagues are crucial, because a positive atmosphere at work makes people even more productive.

This initiative, together with other corporate projects with similar goals, also aims to bring the management and the employees closer together, to make sure that the company is not just a workplace, but can also be seen as a kind of big family.
